Call or request a quote: Gas or electric, tank or tankless, and how many showers the house runs at once.

Size it: The old unit’s recovery and the house, not a bigger tank because it was on the shelf.

Explain the install: Where it sits, the vent, the pan, and the shutoff. You approve it before the old one comes out.

Swap it: Most replacements finish in one visit. The units we install most are staged so we aren’t waiting on a warehouse.

Fire it and test: Hot water at a tap, no drip at the fittings, the T&P and the pan drain checked.

Haul the old unit: The failed heater leaves with us. The closet gets dried out.

Can you switch me from tank to tankless?

Often, yes, if the gas line and the vent can carry it. We’ll say so on site if the closet can’t take the change.

How long is the water off?

A straight tank swap is usually the same day. A tank-to-tankless change can take longer if the vent or the gas line has to move. We’ll tell you before we start.
