A cable pokes a hole through grease. A jetter scours the pipe. Underwood hydro jets drain and sewer lines across Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Hunt, and Lamar counties when a clog keeps coming back.
If we’ve cabled it and it returned, or the camera shows grease on the wall of the pipe, jetting is the next step. Call and we’ll schedule it.
Call or request a quote: Tell us how often the line clogs and whether a camera has already been down it.
Camera first: We look before we jet. A collapsed pipe doesn’t get a jetter forced through it.
Explain the line: Grease, scale, roots, or a belly. You see what the water is being asked to do.
Jet the line: Water at pressure, from the cleanout, scouring the wall of the pipe instead of poking a hole.
Camera again: We run the camera after, so you can see the line and not just take our word.
Leave the access clean: The cleanout cap goes back on, and the work area gets rinsed.
No. Cabling opens a path. Jetting washes the buildup off the pipe wall. We cable a simple stop. We jet a line that keeps closing.
It can, if the pipe is already collapsed or Orangeburg that’s falling in. That’s why the camera comes first. We won’t jet a line the camera says won’t hold.
Homes and light commercial across Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Hunt, and Lamar counties, from the McKinney, Bonham, and Sherman offices.
A restaurant or a heavy kitchen may need it on a schedule. A house usually needs it when grease has narrowed the line, not every year.
If the camera shows a spot that has to be dug, financing is available on the larger repair, subject to credit approval.
Why Underwood
01
We tell you what the camera showed, in plain language, before the jetter comes off the truck.
02
The jetter and the camera go out on the jobs that need them, so you aren’t waiting on a second truck for the look.
03
Roots in the sewer and a full septic tank are different problems. We sort that on the same visit.
04
Licensed plumbers, TCEQ registered, who have jetted lines across this clay soil for years.
What We Fix
Hydro jetting for homes and kitchens in McKinney, Allen, Sherman, Denison, Bonham, and Greenville.

I needed a sewer tank cover replaced due to it being hit by the lawnmower. These guy fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Chad also suggested putting landscaping stuff around the 4 tanks to prevent this happening again. Totally happy with their service.![]()
