Explain your options: A pump-out, a repair, or both. You hear it before the truck starts the job.

Do the work in one trip: Pump truck and the common lids, risers, and fittings, so a straightforward job doesn’t wait on a second visit.

Check the tank: While it’s open we look at the baffles and the level, and we tell you what we saw.

Leave the lid set: The lid goes back secure, and the yard around the tank gets left the way we found it.
