Call or request a quote: Which fixture, how long it’s been slow, and whether other drains are gurgling.

Find the clog: A cable or a camera, depending on whether it’s one sink or the whole side of the house.

Explain what we found: Grease, roots, a collapsed spot, or a simple stoppage. You hear it before we sell a repair.

Clear it: Mechanical cleaning. We don’t pour chemical drain cleaner down a line we’re about to open.

Test the fixtures: We run the sinks, the tub, and the washer if that’s what was backing up.

Leave it clean: The access point and the floor around it get cleaned up.
