Call or request a quote: Tell us tank or tankless, and whether you have no hot water, a leak, or a unit that’s loud. We pick up nights and evenings.

Find the cause: Element, thermostat, anode, dip tube, gas valve, or a tank that’s finished. We don’t lead with a new heater.

Explain your options: A repair, a same-size replacement, or a tankless. You hear the difference before any work starts.

Fix it in one trip: Vans carry the common elements, thermostats, and the heaters we install most, so a lot of this finishes on the first visit.

Test the hot water: We fire the unit, check the pan and the connections, and run a tap before we pack up.

Leave it clean: The closet or the garage floor gets wiped down before we head out.

Do you repair water heaters or only replace them?

Both. A failed element, thermostat, or gas valve is often the whole job. We’ll say so if a repair is the right fix, and we’ll say so if the tank is leaking and done.

We work out of four offices in McKinney, Bonham and Sherman and cover Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Hunt and Lamar counties, including Allen, Prosper, Denison, Greenville, and Paris.

Do you work on tankless water heaters?

Yes. Repair and replacement for wall-hung tankless units, plus a straight answer when a tank is still the better fit for the house.

Can I finance a water heater replacement?

Yes, on larger replacements, subject to credit approval. Ask the plumber or see the Financing page.

Does the membership cover the water heater?

Leaking tanks: if the tank itself is wet, it's done. We shut it down and set a replacement.
Rumbling or popping: sediment and the anode, flushed or replaced when that's the noise.
Rusty or short showers: dip tube, anode, and tank size checked against how the house actually uses water.
Replacements: pan, connections, and the flue or vent set with the new unit, not left from the old one.
