A tank that’s due, or one that’s already at the lid, needs a pump-out and a look inside. Underwood pumps septic tanks across Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Hunt, and Lamar counties and tells you what the baffles look like.
Don’t keep running water into a full tank. Call (903) 449-1677 and we’ll get the truck on the schedule.
Call or request a quote: Where the lids are, when it was last pumped, and whether drains are already slow.
Locate and open: We find the lids. If they’re buried, we say so before the truck is sitting in the driveway.
Pump the tank: The truck is ours. You aren’t waiting on a subcontractor’s calendar.
Look at the baffles: A pump-out that ignores a missing outlet tee just schedules the next backup.
Note what we saw: You hear the level, the baffles, and whether a repair should be planned.
Seat the lids: Lids back on, risers checked, the yard left so you can find them next time.
For most houses here, every three to five years. A full house, a garbage disposal, or a small tank shortens that. We’ll tell you what your tank looks like, not a generic reminder.
We pump and we look. Baffles, the outlet tee, and the level. If something is broken, you hear it that day.
Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Hunt, and Lamar counties. The truck runs out of the same company as the plumbers, from McKinney, Bonham, and Sherman.
When the tank is at the lid, we treat it as a priority and get the truck moving, evenings included. Routine pump-outs are scheduled.
Membership plans are built around keeping the system maintained. Ask which plan includes pumping, or see the Memberships page. We won’t guess your plan on this page.
Why Underwood
01
You talk to the company that owns the truck. We pick up, and the schedule is ours.
02
The truck is stocked for the pump-outs we run, so a routine tank doesn’t become a two-day event.
03
If the backup is the house sewer and not the tank, the plumbers are the same company.
04
TCEQ registered, with years of septic work in Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Hunt, and Lamar counties.
What We Fix
Septic pumping for homes around McKinney, Bonham, Sherman, Denison, Greenville, Paris, and the county roads between.

I needed a sewer tank cover replaced due to it being hit by the lawnmower. These guy fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Chad also suggested putting landscaping stuff around the 4 tanks to prevent this happening again. Totally happy with their service.![]()
