General Membership FAQs
Memberships are either billed monthly or paid up front for the full year. All memberships are an annual commitment. We accept credit card, debit card, or ACH. We do not accept cash payments. Memberships auto-renew and pricing may be adjusted up to 5% at renewal. If you are in Fannin or Grayson County and would like to cancel, please give us 60 days before your renewal date to cancel as we have to file renewal paperwork sooner in these counties. For all other counties, please give 30 days notice of cancellation before your renewal date.
Yes. Every Underwood membership — residential septic, plumbing, or commercial — includes 10% off all Underwood services.
One membership covers one unit. For example, a commercial
property with two separate septic systems would need two septic memberships. For avoidance of doubt, we do not offer the Plumber’s Club Membership to commercial properties (residential only).
No. Real estate inspections are a separate service. Please contact us directly if you need a real estate inspection.

If your business operates on a septic system in Collin, Delta, Fannin, Grayson, Lamar or Bryan County – yes. These counties actively enforce maintenance requirements, and fines can reach $500 per day. Our commercial memberships include the documentation and county regulatory reporting you need to stay compliant.

Yes. We prefer to handle everything in one visit for convenience, but we allow up to two visits per year for each The Plumber’s Club membership.
