Program Description
When you opt in to the Underwood Plumbing and Septic SMS/MMS program, we will send text messages (SMS/MMS) to the mobile number you provide. These messages may include responses to quote, estimate, or service inquiries; real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; job or project updates; service follow ups; and feedback or review requests.

Program Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages during an active project or while we are communicating about service needs, and fewer messages at other times. You can expect to receive 5-10 messages per month.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with the word “STOP” to any text message we send. After you send “STOP,” you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again or initiate new conversations.
